Dining alone can make you gain calories but on the other hand it can also make you choose a very healthy optional diet for yourself, as in my case when I am eating with my family or a group of friends, I avoid ordering salads for myself just in case others may think I am on a diet or just showing it off, but when I eat alone I know there’s no one to judge me, so bang on with all those salads and healthy meals.
